Please request an invoice by filling out the fields below. Your invoice that includes total amount due with tax will be emailed to you. Invoice will be marked as paid once payment is received.

Payment by card will result in a 3% fee, or you may choose an ACH transfer for a 1% fee.

Payment may also be made by check to ASC or Abilene Swim Club. See the list below for the amount owed by type of membership. Please include your member number and last name on the check.

Membership for the 2026 season includes:

  • Unlimited pool access (May–September)

  • Use of diving board, splash areas, and swim lanes

  • Access to our mini-golf course, sand volleyball pit, and Gaga Ball pit

  • Member-only events and family nights all summer long

Everything You Need to Know.

  • Yes — Abilene Swim Club is a private, member-based pool. Membership helps us maintain a clean, safe, and family-friendly environment for everyone to enjoy all season long.

    However, members can bring guests for a small daily fee, so if you’d like to experience the club before joining, ask a friend or neighbor who’s a member to bring you along!

  • Membership is open to families, couples, and individuals. Simply visit our “Membership” page to view dues, complete the sign-up form, and submit payment. Returning members can renew each spring before the new season begins.

  • Our pool is open daily during the summer season, weather permitting. Hours are posted on our website and updated regularly. Special events or private parties may adjust closing times—check our calendar for details.

  • Yes! Members are welcome to bring guests for a small daily fee. Guest passes can be paid at the gate—just be sure your guest checks in with the member upon arrival.

  • Membership gives you access to a private, member-owned pool and a family-friendly environment designed for fun, safety, and relaxation.

    • A full-size swimming pool with low and high dives, a large slide, and a kiddie slide

    • Certified lifeguards always on duty

    • Putt-Putt course, sand volleyball pit, and Gaga ball pit

    • Covered seating, picnic tables, and BBQ areas

    • Free WiFi and a clean, welcoming facility

  • Absolutely! The pool can be rented for private events during designated times. Visit the “Parties & Rentals” page for rates, available dates, and reservation information.

  • Your safety is our top priority. Certified lifeguards are on duty at all times, and pool rules are clearly posted to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • For your safety, the pool will close temporarily in the event of lightning or severe weather. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page and at the front gate.

  • Members have access to our private GroupMe chat, where we share real-time updates about pool hours, weather closures, and club announcements — plus it’s a great way to connect directly with other members and staff.
