Lifeguard Certification

Become a certified lifeguard and spend your summer making a difference at the pool!

The Abilene Swim Club is offering a Lifeguard Certification Course designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence needed to keep swimmers safe.

Schedule:

  • Friday, May 1 | 5:00-7:00pm

  • Saturday, May 2 | 9:00am-7:00pm

  • Sunday, May 3 | 11:00am-7:00pm

  • Monday, May 4 | 5:00pm-8:00p,

Cost: $225 per participant

What you’ll receive:

  • Lifeguard Certification

  • CPR/AED Certification

  • First Aid Training

  • Hands-on, in-water instruction

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 15 years old

  • Must be able to pass a pre-course swim test

  • Comfortable in deep water

Hiring Lifeguards for the 2026 Season

As a lifeguard, you’ll gain valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and emergency response—all while working in a positive, outdoor environment. Whether you’re experienced or newly certified, we’d love to have you on our team!
